Tried Jam Global for the first time this morning. I wanted to avail their "next day" delivery fon an item that I'm selling.
Booked for pick-up at 11am (cutoff is 12nn), then they sent me a confirmation email. Around 130pm I tried calling their "hotline" to confirm if they were gonna pick-up my item, coz if not, I can use a different courier (Xend) and catch the 2pm cut-off.
No one was answering their 3 "hotline" numbers the whole afternoon. It's now 9pm and they haven't picked up my item.
