Los Angelinos are so spoiled in winning because they average a title for every three years....and that's for the past 4 decades. Boston is up there as well. That's what you call a winning tradition.

Other teams may win 1 or 2 and then disappear in oblivion for the next two or three decades.

Actually, which team has won a ring with only "1" real star in the team?  so far the nearest that I can think if is the Dirk led dallas team(and this is only because I consider J-Kidd to be waaay over his prime along with the Jet).  I'm trying to go back all the way to the 80's and I think there was always at least 2 or more.  I wonder if the hard core fans here can help out with the question.

I would have respected LBJ more if he had done that, he already carried them to the finals and the owner was willing to spend and build around him.

multiple all star din siya diba? 4 times if im not mistaken, never nga lang naging starter.  Pero sa caliber during his portland days, I think its safe to say that he really was kasi coaches ang nag vote in sa kanya.

Ang aga mo master magpost, another star they have in that team was ben wallace which was a 4x dpoy and a 4x allstar. Sabi nga nila defense wins championships and this team was really strong in that area back then in all 5 starting positions.

True. That team had prime Billups, Hamilton, Prince, Sheed and Ben Wallace. Lupit ng defense ng core na yun. Although it broke my heart to see Malone not get a ring, sobrang taas ng respect ko sa Pistons team na yun.

Season of surprises din yun. Imagine, the T'Wolves got to the Western Conference finals. Memphis also made the playoffs that season for the first time, IIRC.

Anyway, mahirap mag-adjust pag sanay sa championships. I can only imagine how it felt for Bulls fans when their team's reign ended. Very high expectations sa Lakers because of the names they added kaya all the more fun for the haters to see them fail so hard this season.
