^ :) For me no, since his Bulls days under Thibs ok na ok yan si Swiss Army Knife.

Offense and court spacing is the problem sa OKC imo.

Di na nya naabutan si Thibodeau. Skiles lang yata siya, iirc

first, you said (IMPLIED, sige, kasi wala kang balls to actually state it directly) na pag wala na favorite team saling pusa na lang and surprising na may time pa magpost (so dapat pala wala nang time magpost?pakisagot. wag magpaikot ikot.)

second, so arrogance is now counted by the number of posts made by a fan of a specific team? pakisagot kasi yan ang implication ng statement mo.

lastly, are you (i can count 3 or 4 active Heat/Lebron/Wade fans/Laker Haters) the majority (i.e. MOST) of the Heat fans in the whole world? Or do you at least represent the majority of them? if yes, then my first accusation (that Heat fans are arrogant) is valid. You only need to look at a few posts of some of the Heat fans here. But, yes, as to the bandwagon fan accusation, that still needs to be proven (again, if kayo ang "most of the heat fans"). IF not, then certainly, I'm referring to the majority and not just you and as I have witnessed (friends, online forums, mga tambay sa kanto), most of them are arrogant and most of them are just there because of Lebron.

**** I'll just add, baka itwist mo pa, yung bandwagon fan di masama yun. No problem dun. I qualified it with the adjective "arrogant". Also, with your other post, wala akong problema kung Heat fan first ka and wala kang pakealam sa basketball. ang punto ko, which was as clear as day, is that hindi kami lahat tulad nyo na sa Heat lang nahuhumaling. Madami dito, fans ng specific team pero much bigger fans of the GAME itself.

Objection, Your Honor! We have different views on things, kung ano 'yung interpretation mo, pwedeng hindi yung ang ibig iparating ng nagsulat. This thread will be dull without you, pangit naman kung puro kakampi nandito, mas maganda kung may challenge, it makes the thread and the sport interesting. Kaya I meant what I said, I enjoy reading different views, ayaw ko ng puro 'yung gusto ko lang mabasa at makikita ko, kaya I will never use the "ignore list" in PDVD. And come on, don't say "wala ka kasing balls" you don't know what you're talking about. Wag pikon!

Tama naman, madami naman talaga post noong lumalaban pa LAkers and I have no problem reading them, because sa West I was rooting for LAkers, for Nash. So why change the name of this thread to Miami Heat Fans Only, eh bakit noong madaming post about LAkers hindi na-isip 'yun?

Arrogant Heat Fans? What do you call yourself, arrogant Miami Heat Hater?

Shumpert, paul george, the great tony allen, LBj, iguodala, battier, bradley are the elite 2-3 defenders for me, i don't see sefolosha on this level, slight above average but not elite.. Okc's offense will not be a problem once westbrook returns, they need someone who can guard 1-2 of opposing team, westcon is full of all pro guards.. Anyway this is just my opinion.

I somewhat agree sa list. :) He might be even better than Paul George... guarding LBJ.

Haha

Even with a healthy Kobe, the Lakers wouldnt have made it far.  Failed season and i expect a similar season next year. 2014 pa ulit magkakachance gumanda Lakers.

Hehe anti-melo lang naman. Actually di nga anti. I just dont think Melo is the guy they should build around. I really just wish the NYK finally gets the right pieces to finally contend. :D

Anyway, just wanna make it clear na di naman ako napikon. I guess default hirit na yun ng Heat fans pag napupuna sila. If a one-on-one game would make things better, why not. Hehe

Basag. Si Melo kasi punk yan e. Sino nga ba sinuntok nya from NYK tapos sabay takbo? Mardy Collins?

As a fan of the game I used to rant all day when my team lost. Ke Lakers, San Beda, o Ginebra. But i guess nagmellow down na ngayon. ;D

Kaya pag puro nonsense kantyaw lang, walang epekto. Sayang lang time sa pagbasa kaya nga may ignore list e. C:-)

Kawawa naman si KD.  Oh well at least di siya nagdemanda and call his mother a liar on Mother's Day of all days di ba?   ;D

Kelangan may hatakin pababa.  Yan siguro result ng 1 year of frustration.   :D

Seriously, Freak?  This is how you'll close our little discussion on KD, Westbrick and OKC?  With Kobe's mom thingy and the Lakers' season?  Anong koneksyon naman nito kay KD?  You can do better than this dude.  Geez, I am VERY disappointed in you. I thought this comment came from someone else but not from someone your caliber.

You were actually okay on your first few responses when I posited that KD was choking this playoff vs Grizzlies and OKC can't win with KD in and Westbrick out.  Those were good comments from you  that I actually liked.  I didn't agree but admittedly those were good, valid arguments.  Until this last post of yours.  What happened to you?  Anyare bro?  When an argument suddenly shifts to someone else or someone's mom other than the issue at hand, what does that tell you? :-\ Then you accuse me of venting ire on KD and brand me as "pikon" just because I'm a bitter Laker fan?  I mean, what was that dude?  Anong kinalaman nun sa ating usapan?

I can take Durant's choking.  That's fine with me.  But I can't take yours.  I have much respect for you.   ;D  And because I do like you, I'll give you one more chance.  You may wanna delete your last post and change to a better one?  C'mon Freak.  You're not gonna choke on me here are you? Kaya mo yan!!  Close me out here with some finesse.  Be a closer like MJ not a choker like KD ;D

Hahaha! Like I said medyo overly sensitive and pikon yata mga Laker fans lately. Baka hangover from one year of frustration.  ;D  I stand by my posts. It is what it is. Like I mentioned, you have a tendency to exaggerate and  blow out of proportion any simple concept that is up for discussion.

Like I need to delete my previous post for your peace of mind?  :D No need.  You just proved it right here.   ;D

Quote
Phil Jackson Finally Compares Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant

On basketball mindsets:

"Michael was more likely to break through his attackers with power and strength, while Kobe often tries to finesse his way through mass pileups," Jackson wrote. "Michael was stronger, with bigger shoulders and a sturdier frame. He also had large hands that allowed him to control the ball better and make subtle fakes.

"Jordan was also more naturally inclined to let the game come to him and not overplay his hand, whereas Kobe tends to force the action, especially when the game isn't going his way. When his shot is off, Kobe will pound away relentlessly until his luck turns. Michael, on the other hand, would shift his attention to defense or passing or setting screens to help the team win the game."

On defense:

"No question, Michael was a tougher, more intimidating defender. He could break through virtually any screen and shut down almost any player with his intense, laser-focused style of defense.

"Kobe has learned a lot from studying Michael's tricks, and we often used him as our secret weapon on defense when we needed to turn the direction of a game. In general, Kobe tends to rely more heavily on his flexibility and craftiness, but he takes a lot of gambles on defense and sometimes pays the price."

On leadership:

"One of the biggest differences between the two stars from my perspective was Michael's superior skills as a leader," Jackson said. "Though at times he could be hard on his teammates, Michael was masterful at controlling the emotional climate of the team with the power of his presence. Kobe had a long way to go before he could make that claim. He talked a good game, but he'd yet to experience the cold truth of leadership in his bones, as Michael had."

Bryant gradually evolved during the 2008-09 championship season, when the Lakers successfully retooled with a more finessed look with Pau Gasol instead of the brute force of the Shaquille O'Neal teams.

If Bryant talked to teammates in his earlier Lakers years, it was usually, "Give me the damn ball," Jackson wrote. "But then Kobe started to shift. He embraced the team and his teammates, calling them up when we were on the road and inviting them out to dinner. It was as if the other players were now his partners, not his personal spear-carriers."

^ Nice find bro!

here's an interesting part for me though:

Quote
Jackson even talked about how the sexual-assault charges levied against Bryant in 2003 temporarily changed his outlook on the perennial All-Star.

It "cracked open an old wound" because Jackson's daughter was the victim of an assault while on a date with an athlete in college.

"Brooke expected me to get angry and make her feel protected. Instead I suppressed my rage — as I'd been conditioned to do during childhood by my parents … it left her feeling alone and unsupported. (In the end, after filing a report with the police, Brooke chose not to press charges.)

"The Kobe incident triggered all my unprocessed anger and tainted my perception of him. ... It distorted my view of Kobe throughout the 2003-04 season. No matter what I did to extinguish it, the anger kept smoldering in the background."

Kobe only has himself to blame for what happened in Colorado.
