Ako, offensive ability - Shareef hands-down. He had finesse, can bring the ball up, some passing,jump shot, fast first step, a post-uo game. Another talent who fell to knee injuries.
Defensive ability- Mcdyess. BUT, he definitely could've been much more on offense if he didnt suffer ealry knee injuries. After his injuries, he was a mere shadow of the player he was when he played for the Nuggets. He retooled and became a serviceable player. I guess playing for the Pistons and Spurs made him focus more on defense
