goodafternoon mga sirs..

my dad gave me pair of Akai vintage speakers. one speaker, walang lumalabas na tunog sa woofer niya. the cloth on the covers need replacement na rin.

balak ko sana, restore these speakers, then get a sakura 200t tube amp. tanong ko lang sirs if its worth restoring them, and if babagay sila sa with the sakura amp? gusto ko lang kasi magka simpleng/decent 2 channel set-up na de-tubo... below are specs of the speakers. any advise would be of great help. salamat!

akai - sw127, system impedance is 8ohms, tweeter is 1 & 3/4 in., woofer 8 inch, max power input is 30w (peak)

Since one speaker is working .. test mo if acceptable yung sound.. if acceptable and the cost of restoring does not cost more than a new unit then go for it.
