The speakers of the speaker box for sale which are included are not AN but Anthony's fullrange in AN cabinet design.  So, if you have AN speakers and will use the speaker box will give superb SQ.

In a 2.8 mk 2 box the alnicos benefit of superior bass is not that evident. Tama big bookshelf best alnico. Tsalap Talaga makinig an. Thanks Soundgarden for enlightening me. Was really a big skeptic now am an an lover. Prefer this than some super expensive speakers I have heard

Naalala ko din si bro remington nung una bookshelves din ang plano nung nakita yung 2.8 mk2 ko, halos same footprint lang naman kaya siguro nag-floorstands na. 

Ayos lang yan bro fentom, importante happy ka hehe. Kanya kanyang taste yan, yung iba nga OB ang gusto. Pag may space ka na pwede mo na subukan floorstanding kahit mas malaki pa! Try mo yung offer ni monreq 5.6 larger than 2.8, well designed din naman dahil galing kay sir anthony din. 

Yan advantage ng naka-AN, pwede ka magtry ng ibang enclosure naman. Eh pag naka expensive branded speakers with crossover ka??? Palit speaker na lang mas madali kesa manghula ka sa pag-tweak!

Go for the floorstanding 2.8k. I have a 3.5x4.5 meters room and the bass of the an is not boomy at all since it is front ported and the magnet I large enough o remain in control even placed near the wall. Mine is 6inches from the frOnt wall. I had a bookshelf with a dynaudio sub500. Although the sub is very good Iba pa rin ang fullrange.

Hmm, mukhang hindi mapili sa placement ang speaker mo. Mine had to use the Cardas placement rule para lang lumabas ang kaunting bass ng Fostex. Then sinalo na ng sub.

If you could integrate the sub with the bookshelf ayos... This speakers is not that picky in placement. I placed them as far apart as i could in my small room. Image is still spot on. The zu mission interconnect helps a lot with the soundstage. When i use the alpha core tq maganda pero and sound is all over the place.

Aba, encouraging. Meron ba ditong may experience sa 6.5" AN? Concern ko rinn kasi is to minimize visual impact. Does this speaker work well with a an ML TL box? Anyway, my sub is great so I can use bookshelf. I was just hoping for a bit more lows than what I have now so that my bass images improve.

brader, medyo malaki kasi ang effect ng pagka recap ko sa dac at sa alchemist amp mo brader, medyo nag burn in ulit ako sa dac plus t amp, kaya naka stand by lang yung amp mo, gusto ko kasing malaman ang effect. Laki ng changes sa alchemist, transparent na tsaka may depth, sarap makinig ng classical, lapad ng soundstage!!! Salamat ulit sa maagang papasko!!!
