Mawawala point-source advantage pag ginawang dual driver. Parallel drivers will half the impedance also. What do you want to achieve ba?

I have tried dual AN in dual buffle, parallel and bi-amp config. in parallel (4 ohms) the soundstage doubles as if the listening area is very wide, in bi-amp there is some cancellation in the bass region but turns out to be very organic parang live, yung feeling na parang andun ka sa center ng concert or gig na pinapakinggan mo

and I like it very much thats why I'm contemplating on dual AN in a single box

, will add a 10 incher. But its just me anyone has their own opinion

i agree with Larry's single point source principle, that is one design goal for speakers...Achilles' heels of multi-driver designs..very hard to achieve in practice....

It's actually 38.5" in diameter. The "tweeter" is an AN cast frame 8". Just testing its capabilities as a mid hi driver cut at 200hz. Has very strong PRAT I should say.

The cancellation in the bass region might be due to one of the drivers running out-of-phase. Try reversing the leads in one of the drivers in the single box. Do this with the other box also. Much better if you have a phase checker. A battery will do.

masarap kasi mag experiment bro lalo pag maganda kinalabasan, I will try a 10 inches cast frame in the front and gagawin kong ambiance itong 8 inches steele frame, narinig na kasi namin yung standard 8 at steele 8 maganda kinalabasan mas siguro kung 10

. Its completely reversible naman if ever pangit kalabasan magkaka design pa ng hardwood on top ang box ko hehe...

....in the near future nalang ang neo if budget permits...retirement speakers

honestly... walang makakapantay sa saya kung ikaw talaga ang mag eexperiment, may sense of fulfillment na di kayang bayaran ng pera, and that's what DIY is all about!!! hehehe!!! looking forward to your project bro!!!
