Sa current state po ng setup.. happy naman ako after all laking tipid ko pa nga daw kasi coming from videoke setup to neo + tube , madami unnecessary upgrade ang hindi ko na nadaanan. hehehe which I realize na tama nga kasi since nakuha ko ito at nakakrinig ako ng mga setup at nakikita ko yung presyo.. napapangiti ako since wise mode na din yung tinahak kong "short cut"...

pag nagpapatugtog nga ako at tinitingnan ko anak ko na nasisiyahan din at si misis .. wala naman siya violent reaction maski nalaman nga yung presyo.. ang nababanggit nya lang ay..."mas mag eenjoy tyo dyan pag na nakabili tayo ng mas malaki-laking bahay.." nyahhhh

enjoy your setup....live with it for at least 6 months before you even consider any upgrades...

mga 40hours palang bro mula nung nakuha ko sayo box. yes, nabilin din sakin ni sir remington na mahinang mahina muna ang volume. btw, sa marantz reciever(50w) ko siya pinapower, di pa ako nakabili ng SMSL36A para dun. nag aalangan ako i-power sa ONKYO integrated ko kasi mataas ang wattage nun. baka mapihit ko ang volume ng todo. ganda ng vocals e,  

madali lang pala yung logo ng AN, kung idu-drawing yung logo sa papel ito kakalabasan ng drawing, from 8oclock to 12oclock to 6oclock to 3oclock tapos yung line ng "A" itatapat lang sa 9oclock. ayos tapos!

Would like to share my just finished experiment with speaker wire bought from Raon.   My observation:   For each size increase, the copper strand double in thickness.   
1.)   Gauge #16 - Where I started.
2.)   Gauge #14 - Clarity become apparent in all ranges.
3.)   Gauge #12 - This is the maximum size for clip type terminal.   Low mids and bass increases.   25 pesos/meter
4.)   Gauge #10 - This one is the chord type.   The punch from the bass were too sharp and strong that it drown out the clarity on other frequency.   150 pesos/meter
My verdict:   Don't have to go beyond gauge #12 for a standard set up.

bear in mind also that different users will have different observations....
you may want to try battery cables, in the welcome rotonda setup i visited,
those were used as speaker cables for an ASL 845 SE power amp...

i look at speaker wires bought from raon with some skepticism...napaso na ako...
but then it is just me, surely others will have different experience...
i use cables purchased from automotive supply shops....
if you must buy from raon, i suggest you get those cables with black and blue cores,
these are instrumentation type cables, double insulated, #18...
i will stay away from those cables with transparent plastic insulation,
the copper cores are brittle....

This past week na binababad ko sya ng mga ma bass ng tugtog. kagabi sinubukan ko sya patugtugin na mas malakas sa usual volume (almost never ko kasi ito mapatugtug ng malakas since baka mag complain yung mga kapit bahay ko.) naramdaman ko yung "improving" bass nya. yung nga lang at that level ng volume na gusto ko yung bass nya yung mids at high nya is sobra naman .

Any tip po baka may way to "tame" ung high at mids? sa player po ba yung or sa dac ?

update.. upon googling..i think na kita ko na sa player ko yung equalizer feature ng Daphile OS...testing mode mamaya gabi.

Medyo OT: Speaking of Daphile OS , Highly recommended ko ko ito free OS na ito as alternative sa mga player transport .. dito ko nakita yung mga features na hinahanap ko na tingin ko kulang kulang sa iba.
kung may tanong kayo lipat lang kayo sa kabilang tread baka sakaling makatulong.

Nasa DAC mo yan.... dapat mag teradak NOS DAC ka o same character. Also, you need to put proper acoustic foam insulation on the front panel (internal upper part) of your box.   

Also, never use any silver content cable for your Audio Nirvana.  Silver content cables gives details.  Your AN fullrange esp.the NEO speakers are already detailed.  Too much details can overpower the low frequency.

mga idol another newbie question po. pag kayo po ba kayo nagpapatugtog,
gumagamit po kayo ng equalizer sa player nyo?

naisip ko lang ito kasi kung kaya ma adjust sa equalizer yung timplada bakit madalas pag usapan yung "sonic signature" ng mga gears? or magkaibang aspect yun?
