Copying from Internal HD of Mede8er to External HD
« on: Jun 10, 2012 at 08:10 AM »
Problems with my Mede8er 300X.  I can't seem to copy the movies off of the internal hard drive of my MED300X to an external hard drive formatted to NTSF / HFS+.  It does not allow me to copy more than 4.2GB (like FAT32 file size limit).  I also tried to copy files from Mede8er internal drive to a MAC OSX (journaled) formatted usb drive but I get the same problem.  Writing on the internal HD is okay but moving or copying from internal HD to an external HD via USB is the problem.  I am using a Macbook Pro / NTSF for Mac OSX by Paragon.

MED300X ----> external HD formatted to NTSF (problem)
Med300X-----> external HD formatted to HSF+ Mac (problem)
External HD formatted to HSF+ ------> External HD formatted to NTSF and vice versa (NO PROBLEM)

Anyone knows how to fix this?

Thanks.

Have you tried going to the official forum of the player to ask for help?
