consider the chip it uses are a few generations apart: Realtek 1185 vs Realtek 1055
go for the 1185 ng kaiboer if you are to compare this correctly. but if you dont need/will never need networking features. the 1055 fits the budget, kahit pa no longer in production yang 1055 chip
