My 7.2 Home Theater Bookshelf Setup
ganda at less clutter. kongratz!

matanong ko lang, nasubukan nyo na ang pahabang layout o hindi pwede? with 7.2 mas ok ang pahaba tutal 4m is wide enough. just my mamera... ;)

And I decided to remove the additional front wide channel kase me nawawalang details unless cguro same speaker ang front and front wide. :-)

ito pala setup niyo sir. very nice gears you got there. i'm sure your audio setup this year will even be much better  ;)

Im just targeting na lang po good dac, stereo amp & interconnect that will make gx50 sings malambing. Will place all under the center channel speaker. Will use also the gx50 as front speakers.  Hassle nga lang when switching from HT to Audio and vice versa. But I can live with that. And Im all Done ( hopefully) cross finger. :-)

Ps. Have auditioned from sir rex the Psb t6, imagine T and T2. Thank Your Sir Rex. Those were all nice speakers. Psb for my taste will be best for Audio kase malambing. Those Ma RX series were just equally good for audio & Ht. The Best Talaga. :-)

Thank You Sir louie and dollarman..

Mga Sir Experts need po again some input for my hunt although i will audition it. Torn between 2 Stereo amp Roksan Kandy K2 and Cambridge Azur 851A for the same price. Will Also use this stereo amp as power amp for my AVR (marantz 7005) for HT use. I will use the Gx50 speakers too. TIA :)

May HT bypass ba sila bro?

I suggest mag amplifier switcher ka care of master markcrenz ;)

Yep parehas may bypass sir louie.

Just want to share. I auditioned roksan k2, cambridge 851a, 651a, Nad 375, nad 356, 326, marantz ki pearl lite using my own speaker for fair comparison.
Roksan k2 and 851a tops of my list. But i got the 851a coz im planning to pair the 851c to it so im done with my audio. :-)

UU nga po sir.. Cge pag me separate audio setup na ako. Na try ko naman Cayin Hybrid H100.
Kaso as of now gusto ko muna yun stereo amp to be used also as power amp for HT use para di na bili ng emotiva. So far okey naman.

Super simple kase ang connection ng 851a to be used as power amp. One touch button Stereo Mode na ako.  Me fixed volume pa. Marantz 7005 handle the center and surround. Mas busog na ngayon yung GX50 sa HT.

For audio Sobrang transparent nga lang for me sq ng cambridge-gx50 combo.

Requesting again info and recommendations from gurus.
Which would you choose?
Im using cambridge 851a as stereo amp.
Now the Source is my dilemma.
I can get 851c and will partner with 851a or

at the same price i can get marantz cd6004 + musical fidelity m1 Dac and will parnter with 851a.

Please recommend. Thank you.

Congratz sir very nice amp for audio!

I'am not a guru just sharing experiences. Pairing it with same brand will give you somewhat called "timbre matched" an advantage for matching components.

Marantz is also known for good sounding cdp and M1 dac got a 5 star dac rating in what hifi...

Note that I'am a user of M1 dac paired with musical fidelity power and pre, and based on my personal experience having the same brand give my audio set a good balance and matched with each other.  Its some kind complementing each other and for me the result was good!

+1 for cambridge audio 851c :)

Actually im looking for 851a/851c combo using cambridge balanced XLR.

But sad to say and very unfortunate my 851a died on me last saturday. For more than just a week of use it fails to power on. I called the shop where i bought the unit and told me they only have 7 days replacement policy.

Unfortunately again, i live in province, and the actual number of days i used the stereo amp was only 5 days.

After ko binili yung unit it took 4 days pa before used it in my setup kase pinadala ko sa trak. Total 9 days. Still out of 7 days na.

The shop advise me to bring again the unit to them when i go to manila and will take 2 to 3 weeks for diagnosis and repair.

Ang bigat sa dibdib kase they will open na daw the unit to check what is wrong. Its almost new. Sana pumayag sila na palitan na lang ng new unit and i even told them i will get 851c if pumayag sila palitan na unit para maiuwi ko na rin both unit at the same time.  1st time to try cambridge and i hope its just happened to me. Good pm :-(

i hope sir everything will turn out fine later with regards to your power amp. thats my dilema for not dipping into the world of new prod power amps. yung emotiva lang ang sinubukan ko at nag krus mantika na ako agad. :D :D kse walang warranty. ;D ;D just in case sir youll be going sa audio, better try the old and reliable way, vintage gears. madali daw gawin pag nasira. >:DLENCO >:D

Brader, once the result of the diagnosis comes out and turns out that certain parts are defective, you should insist for a replacement because they sold a defective or lemon unit. Or maybe that unit was actually a returned unit and to avert lost, they still sold it.

Thank you sir.. Lately i just found out that the replacement unit was not brand new out of the box. Maybe a demo unit from other store or a repaired unit from warehouse. One screw looks like nabuksan na and maalikabok all the terminals, etc.. What can i do now, Mabuti na rin lang yun me power kesa wala.  :-(
