Sony STR-DN1050 Repair

Hi,

I bought a Sony STR-DN1050 from Amazon (US), pagdating dito defective yung unit (HDMI IN and OUT not functioning)

Any suggestions kung saan ko pwdeng ipacheck yung unit?

Ouch! Common talaga among receivers to have that defect. Any brand.

Did you complain to amazon? You can bring it to the Sony service centers so they can source parts for you.

Pekspert,

Tapos na yung 30 day replacement sa Amazon, pwde ko pa bang icomplain?  I bought the AVR last May, pero the package arrive this august lang.

Try ko dalhin sa Sony, sana makapagsource sila ng parts.
