after watching a couple of Rockets' pre-season games, I think Dwight is more comfortable with his new team than he was with the Lakers. maybe it's too early to tell but somehow his body language says so. or maybe less pressure siya sa Rockets and no other alpha male in the team hehehe j/k.

sayang yung dalawang yun. I'm pretty sure Bynum-Oden would've been one of those good big men match ups. Parehong skilled e.

Yep. Same observation here. And that makes the Rockets more potent. A legit All Star Center and the no.1 SG now in the NBA James Harden + Jeremy Lin. + a number of role players. Houston's the real deal!

Hibbert is not as skilled as Bynum and Oden offensively. Late bloomer pa nga yan. Still lots of room for improvement si Hibbert to be considered a skilled big man

Their bench/role players looks deep with Casspi, brooks, monteijunas and Garcia. Most importantly, Harden said they are having fun. Sana lang masaya si Asik.

speaking of Oden, i saw his first basket just now and the guy still has the moves. pretty scary if he gets his old self back.

I think Chandler Parsons is a key to win it all in this team. Sabi sa 2k13, they made a research that successful teams would always have a scoring wing like lebron, durant etc.

^ Suns already forgetting about this season and looking at next year. They have their own pick (likely to be a high lottery pick), the Wizards' pick (top 12 protected), the TWolves' pick (top 13 protected), and Indiana's pick (likely low first round). Okafor is not even ready to play yet.

Meanwhile, the Wizards look to make the playoffs this year with Gortat (expiring contract) supporting arguably the best young backcourt in the East.

The new "delaying the game" rule is not actually making the game faster. It's going to take some time for the NBA players to get used to it, i.e., to not tap or do anything with the ball after a made basket.
