problem is the Pacers have maxed out their team already and this is probably the best they can get to with this line up. they need to make trades and get better players this off season.

For the Pacers, Hibbert needs to go. Problem is, mababa value nya now that he has been exposed as a mentally weak person. Reminds me of Kwame a little bit. Told Kobe not to pass him the ball coz he had no confidence in himself. Thinks too much rather than play and get a feel for the game. Big no-no yung pag put down nya ng ball instead of keeping it up when getting it sa post position like Duncan and Gasol do.

So...yeah, I dont expect the Pacers to be a top team next year. Gonna be Heat and then everyone else.

Btw, if Miami wins it all, Oden will get a ring. That's 1 better than Durant na ka-draft class nya.haha

I think this is the best na the Pacers can do. They have reached their plateau. So they can either decide to continue with their line up which is not good enough or take a risk on shaking it up. It could of course put them over the hump or make it worse.

Hibbert stays. There is still a premium on big men with above average skills. Keep West and George of course. Now they need an upgrade on PG. Would be better to keep Stephenson but if they can trade him for an all star SG or a premier defensive player...fine as well. Someone like a Tony Allen. If they do decide to keep stephenson, they need an above average shooter of a wingman....either a 2 or a 3.

Most compelling is for George if he can, still raise his level of play to elite status. Dapat parang point forward. I think he was too passive in this game. He needs to be aggressive and develop a go to move or at least be able to create his own shot either off the dribble or a post move.
