well, Jordan did have 3 seasons in college. Stats-wise, freshman Wiggins has slightly better stats than freshman Jordan.

I think after losing the Finals in a close manner last year, the Spurs did believe deep in their gut they can beat the Heat.

They didn't keep MPG stats back then so there's no way to compare per-40's, but Jordan's stats was better. He was super efficient in his freshman year - 53.4% on 10.5 FGA per game. Wiggins only shot 44.8% on 12.1 FGA. And even assuming that MJ had less minutes, his SPG was still similar, his assist rate was higher and his TOs were lower. Wiggins had more blocks/rebs because he's the taller prospect.

Wiggins freshman year is more comparable to Harrison Barnes'(formerly the next Kobe) sophomore year.

The adversity is good for Miami.
Now with their backs against the wall, it up for LBJ, Wade,and Bosh to prove to the basketball world the Heart of A Champion and defy the odds to win the rare 3peat.

I do recall during the NY vs CHI series, NY was up 2-0 in the best of 5 and I already gave up on the Bulls that time but the Great MJ proved me wrong by beating the Knicks 3 straight and eventually won the series.

It's now the best time for LBJ to prove his greatness and proclaiming himself as "KING" is not a Joke.
