Help me in buying my first MULTIMEDIA PLAYER
« on: Jul 25, 2013 at 05:22 AM »
as stated in the subject title, patulong naman po mga tsong mga tsang sa pagbili ko ng una kong MULTIMEDIA PLAYER...

what id like:
-a simple player
-easy to set up
-with great warranty and service
-3d playback is not necessary since i dont own a 3d tv yet, just a sony 40inch bravia bnew
-would play ALL or MOST video and AUDIO format
-hassle free sa pag read ng external/internal hard drive 1-3 terra
-with OPTICAL out for my BOSE CINEMATE gs series 2
-very smooth UI, smooth playback and smooth performance
-tried and tested and also APPROVED na ng mga TSONG and TSANG ditto.
-ayaw ko po kasi mgkaron ng problema sa playback like maghahang sya, mag eerror sa playback or ayaw magplay ng isang klase ng format / file.

mga naging huling choices ko po:
-MEDE8ER 800x
-WD brand
-ASUS brand
-any more recommendations?

PATULONG naman po mga kuya at ate...
 ;D ;D ;D
thanks in advance.

Was in the same situation a year ago, and I chose one of the cheapest with the most basic features, the Egreat R611b(not sure if this is the exact model). Very satisfied with it, just turn on, choose the movie and play. Only used for 2 HDs so far, one directly and one through an HDD dock.

Big plus is the great service of the seller, toys4geeks.

I use to play my music files (mp3, WAV, Flac) from an external HDD to my Mede8er. Then digital output. Wala naman problem.

Ganito din ginagawa ko sa mede8er ko. But ofcourse don't expect much sa SQ compared sa ibang audio dedicated devices.

Okay naman ang SQ niya for me kasi parang naging transport lang ang Mede8er ko. May outboard DAC pa din ako.

You should consider the AC Ryan Play ON HD2 or Essential.

Siguro mas gusto ko lang sir bato ng tunog ng PS 3 through DAC kesa mede8er through DAC.
