Just to update you all guys, after my replacement was delivered last friday, i watched a remux Extended version of Avatar, when im on my 2 hours of watching may lumabas na naman na vertical line, this time sa left side naman at green naman... grabe naman palagi sa akin ang timing ngayon, hehehe so i reported agad and the sales person of Abenson trinoma, Elmo, ask his supervisor while im on the line for an urgent replacement at wag na dumaan sa process na kailangan pang puntahan ng samsung reps, naririnig ko yung usapan nila while im on the phone... that day nagpapaunta sila ng abenson representative sa bahay to make a report, yesterday they called me na ide-deliver yung 3rd unit by today, so waiting mode ako ngayon...
Siguro nga tyempuhan lang, nataon na 2 defective units ang napunta sa akin, sabi nila, 3rd unit na reported sa kanila yun pero the rest na nakabili sa kanila wala naman daw ganung issues...
If ever ganun pa din yung 3rd unit na napunta sa akin, ano kaya magandang gawin? refund? replace by another model (pero ayoko na magdagdag sa price) if ever... ang kinakatakot ko ngayon, what if the 7 days replacement period expires, pano na?
