Games 4 and 5, Ginebra. Tapos game 6, San Mig. Game 7 ginebra. Mas kikita ang PBA pag ROS vs BGSM ang finals. Pag nagpalitan ng panalo ang BGSM at San MIg, masyado obvious. Kaya makukuha ng BGSM ang games 4 and 5, tatabla ang San Mig sa game 6. Yan ang pangit pag sister team ang magkalaban.

the twin "dwarfs" of SanMig stood way, way taller than the twin towers of BGK.

SanMig also did a great job against Japeth. every attempt to dunk was effectively foiled by Pingris. nangibabaw ang gigil, nasira tuloy ang concentration. he wanted all game long to have at least one slam dunk. but it never happened.

Yeng Guiao was jut fined P100K and suspended 1 game for "persistent conduct unbecoming of a Coach". He flashed the dirty finger to the officials and the commissioner several times this conference. I agree with the penalty kasi sumosobra na rin naman kasi si Yeng Guiao. Kitang kita sa TV yung pag-dirty finger niya at dinig rin yung pagmumura niya.

I just wish Salud was consistent with his penalties. Kung taga SMC gumawa nun, P5000 lang fine.

It will just fire up the ROS players to clinch the win that will send them into the Finals hopefully vs San Mig.

Naging corporation driven league na kasi ang PBA. You upset a corporation and the company pulls out its 3 or 4 teams, bagsak ang PBA.

PBA fans everywhere should watch the ongoing RoS-PETRON Game 5 match ..... it's obvious that the refs are doing all they can to get a win for PETRON.

Wala olats talaga. Malamang matanggal na rin si abanilla. Nice win by RoS eto maganda makalaban ng san mig tao tao lamang ang smc pero sa coaching staff halos tabla lang.

Trade na lang ng Petron si Arwind at Cabagnot. Masyadong stat-conscious yung dalawa. Ang galing sa elims pero sa mga larong importante, nawawala. They can build around Fajardo, Lassiter and Lutz naman eh. Hanap na lang sila ng player na hindi mareklamo pag di nakahawak ng bola.

But knowing SMC, they'll just hoard the good players.

^ those 3 you mentioned are the type of players i like, walang yabang and masipag (parang yung nasa meralco hodges yata yun?) kaya lang parang nawala yung shooting nung lutz and lassiter nung semis, and they need to play better D otherwise madali lang sa opponents nila ang 100+ points..

Petron has 6-8 man rotation where in they have a deep bench... tsk tsk tsk ...
santos and other players were not aggressive as ROS players...

Santos is not really a "drive-to-the-basket" type of guy. He is more of a jump shot type of guy. He can only really be effective if he is set up by Petron's guards, otherwise he would only get the ball when he is not ready or in a position to make a shot, thus forcing him to pass the ball or make a poor shot.

Since the return of Cabagnot and Ross from injuries, Lutz's play has been affected. When the two were out, it was Lutz who handled the ball. Petron's game started with him and he produced very good numbers not only in scoring but also in assists. In their games with RoS, there were lots of instances were he was free and asking for the ball but the ball never came to him. It seems like, Cabagnot, Ross and even Lassiter don't want to pass the ball to him.

I hope Ginebra wins over San Mig. Kawawa naman si Yeng Guiao kung si Tim Cone makalaban sa finals. Baka maging P200,000 na ang fine sa kanya

kasi siguradong kay Cone kakampi ang referees. Saka mas madaling dedmahin ang sinasabi ng coach kung Ingles itoAt least ang Ginebra, may history na lugi sa tawagan kahit sino pa ang kalaban. kaso nung panahon pa ni Jaworski yun.

As expected ROS is in the Finals.
I never like Yeng Guiao but still I'm impressed with how he molded his ROS team with unheralded players and made them into a consistent, tough, hard fighting team.
Belga, Quinahan, Cruz, Rodriguez wont even be used much if they're with another team but they form a very solid interior for ROS and even can drill in treys in crucial stages of the game.
Gabe Norwood is supposed to be the superstar of the team but even he's being used sparingly, ROS still manages to win with the likes of Arana, Chan, Lee, Ibanez, Tiu, Tang, Nuyles.
I will definitely cheer for them to win the All Filipino Crown.

Petron needs a back up for Farjardo. Arwin can't play power forward for them as he's more of a wing man with good rebounding skills.

I don't think so. Coach Ato has too much respect for Guiao who was his coach in the amateurs and then the PBA both with the RFM franchises.
Honestly I'd rather see Guiao face Cone in the Finals.

Mas gusto ko makalaban ng RoS ang San Mig kesa Ginebra. Malalaman kung talagang mentally at physically tough ready for battle ang smc. Mga gwapings at superstar player vs pulot boys ni Yeng guiao.

He was carried away by his momentum so probably what he had in mind was a 3pt play via a high percentage hard drive to the basket.
