Pringris was once traded to San Miguel from Purefoods but he didn't performed well compared to his stint with Purefoods under Ryan Gregorio.

He actually played the same way he did when he was traded to SMB/Magnolia. He was even a big reason why San Miguel won the 2009 Fiesta Conference against Ginebra. He never really posts big numbers especially sa elims but he comes up big sa playoffs. He killed Ginebra in that Game 7. Ang ganda pa nga ng post-up game niya that time eh.

Told you so ...... most teams will get the short end of the calls, when faced against SMC.

Save for PETRON & BGK, every other PBA team has complained about getting jobbed by the refs against SMC ...... yeng Guiao, Bong Ramos & Norman Black fined heavily, all from games against SMC.  ;)

Lets hope for a well-officiated game until the series ends.

congrats to smcm for winning the all filipino cup title.and to my fave coach in the pba tim cone for now being the most winningest coach.what makes this championship sweeter is that there is so many weapons now in this team,in the past there was only j yap, pingris and their import only, but now there are many players off the bench who will carry the team.

Congrats San Mig...
Actually Im rooting for San Mig to win the series but there were so many ugly calls in this game especially the last seconds nung bola nang RoS... Those non calls somehow made a difference.
Nonetheless CONGRATS to San Mig Coffee!!!

barroca vs ros and the coffee prince prevailed :)

i have utmost respect for guiao but this time, cone totally outcoached him. instead of focusing on the game he is always looking for ways to blame the refs.

pingris defense on lee down the stretch and super barroca won this game for smc.

barroca and sangalang (again this rookie has the nerve of a veteran) won the game for the mixers on offense, while credit goes to pingris for his defense.paul lee almost won the game for the elasto painters.watching the replay on you tube as of now,4th quarter na naabutan ko eh

Didn't like the way Paul Lee took matters into his own hands in the last minute or so. Yes, he played a hell of a 4th quarter & he was attracting so much attention in defense that's why he should've played decoy because Belga was having a field day driving to the basket. Not a fan of ROS  but I was hoping they'd beat two SMC owned teams en route to the championship.

I agree. SM coffee really played well but I can't blame coach Yeng for what he did. It was probably out of frustration. Watching the game, officiating was really disgusting

Hoping for BGK to play better and their twin towers to play tougher.

I disagree.  He knew exactly what he was doing.  It' a strategy and it almost worked.  He did it early so as to make the referrees second guess their calls, he broke SMC's momentum, and he wanted to rally and inspire his troops.

And all he got (during the game at least), was a technical for delaying the game.  That is why Coach Tim was livid.

after the game, i looked at my news feed and most of them are saying that "benta raw si paul lee" the big turnover down the baseline is really critical.

We can't blame Lee for attacking the basket coz obviously Jeff Chan was having a bad shooting night and lalo walang maasahan na offense kay Norwood.
SMC played excellent basketball. No doubt they deserved to win it all. Tim Cone simply showed coaching superiority over Coach Yeng.
Sangalang played like a veteran outplaying the more seasoned Extra Rice Inc.
Lastly, all my praises for Barroca who really carried the team during the last stages of the ball game.

trade him to smcm and coach tim knows what to do with guys like him.he can play point, rebound, shoot from the perimeter and most of all can defend pg and shooting guards.tulad nitong si jdv very effective nung nasa alaska pero nung napunta sa bmeg hindi alam ni gregorio kung ano gagawin sa kanya.gumanda lang uli laro nya nung napunta si tim cone sa smcm.

Norwood will be better playing for Chot Reyes, recruit ksi ni Chot yan years ago.
ika nga ni Chot dati sya un naghain iba ang kumain bcoz TNT wan't able to draft his prized find.

I agree with Devance, he played great under Tim with Alaska but was a non factor under Gregorio with BMEG but resurrected again by Tim with SMC.

So Petron will be carrying San Miguel again so I expect a lot of trades to make San Miguel a serious contender this year.

Sakit nun!

Anyway, mukhang madadagdagan ng isang team next season. Kung papayag ang PBA board, Blackwater will be the 11th team sa PBA next season.
