Can USA plasmas at 110vac be converted to a 220VAc unit locally?

I came across a 65VT50 at LIS which minnie said was converted from 110Vac unit (as seen at the back panel) to a 220Vac unit.

If possible, this might be a good option to import plasmas from the US.
