F49 is a 3D and Smart TV but only HD ready (720P reso). F50 is non 3D & Smart but full HD.
Depends on your preference. If you like a 3D and a Smart TV, I'd get the F49. Mura pa. Do you also get freebies like wireless dongle and 2 eyeglasses?
However, for me kasi pag 50 inch & up ang size, I prefer a full HD TV. But it's just me. Coz in reality at a normal distance of 8 to 10 ft away from the TV, the eye couldn't tell the difference.
