Topic: Yamaha RX-V995 Remote Problem

Good day po,
Patulong po sana ako. From effect off mode switching to rock concert mode w/o pressing any button at the remote. Ibalik ko sa effect off using the remote then after few seconds mag rock concert mode ulit. Nag bi blink yung LED sa remote on its own. Tried cleaning the PCB and components using contact cleaner, ganun pa din po.

Shouldn't have done that. Contact cleaner could lift the carbon tracks in the remote control. Try taking it apart, lightly wipe with lint free absorbent cloth and leave it for about an hour to air dry before reassembling. You can use hair dryer at low heat to speed up the drying.
