pioneer vsx 323 k / is it worth it?

last week i saw a sale on a pioneer vsx 323 k  for P6995 and 5.0 channel Jamo s406 for 6995 as well

this set usually costs a little under 30k

anyone who uses the same receiver and or speake set?

Not the exact model but got my brother a wedding gift pio 521 and jamo 5.0 speakers for 17k total from listen up glorietta last year. OK naman for a start up HT. Just don't expect too much from it though.
