and we still wonder why the Philippines get stricken off in many online list.  No offense meant, diver, I know you're joking, but some people may think it's alright to take advantage of "honest" mistakes.

You must have misunderstood what i wrote.  I said I CANCELLED it before the payment option was asked meaning I decided not to get it.

I would never ever think of fooling any seller online or offline, because it would tell a lot as to what kind of person i am.

It is not my fault that their website is going bonkers or something.... "sigh"

And just to make it clear...  I honestly don't think they would send any item since it wasn't paid for. There is something wrong with their website that it somehow automatically sends messages even if a buyer has decided not to buy it.

dvdheaven's website is somehow confusing. i have to change browsers in order to access some links..  communication wise..i can hardly understand their replies at times. but i give them  A+++ for effort.

in reference to vojdiaz's statement. i believe vojdiaz doesn't mean any harm but a noble reminder... same case... this is kinda off topic (and i'm not sure whether i'm allowed to say this or not.. ) but there are pinoydvd members who use different credit cards acquired illegitimately for their dvd orders. two couriers already told me about such incidents (online retailers called their respective offices to report stolen credit card) and mind you.. they are not isolated...  Guys!! Thou shall not put the name of the organization in vain.. dyahe! they have the courage to place ATTN: PINOYDVD.COM in their packages. We, meaning our organization and other members, interact with these courier pa naman on a weekly basis..

regarding diver.. very nice and honest  person yan.  i am very convinced that it was only a joke.. si diver pa!!
the person who loves little fairies. (hey.. got a tinkerbell huge snowglobe coming.. recently acquired from disney) ganda! pero ang hebigat!!! magkano kaya shipping nito???

regarding honest mistakes, i too receive tons of items sent by mistake from several online stores. I usually report any discrepancy in the ordered vs. shipped  items. these online stores always advise me to keep or donate the items instead of sending it back to the US of A. to pay it forward, i donate some of the items to a film library or preschool.. (pag loose disc also at broken cases)...

as a blessing, i occasionally receive exclusive customized discounts in the form of coupons from these retailers... too good to be true?  sometimes up to $40.00 off your total bill..  kaya honest communciation lang ang kailangan.

Nakakatulo-laway naman yung mga release na 'to. Are they also made in Korea? Kasi if they are, then how come our local distributors can't bring them here? Tutal, the R3s they sell here are mostly imports din naman di ba?

I might have missed it, but Y-meeh, would you know if these are limited in time or in quantity releases? I think this is exactly what sir hemisphere was referring to in his post about telling the local distributors what we'd like to see in the future..

paging firewired... you have done wonders for us.. this is the next task on hand.. 


dapat nga may distribution area dito sa Pinas.. ang market nila mostly mga european and north american dvd collectors... one thing good/nice about korean limited editions is the dvds are actually limited in supply. they do not over produce, unlike their american studios counterparts, and it somehow gives you a sense of pride in the rarity of the dvd knowing that you own 1 or 2 limited editions amongst the only 1000++ produced worldwide.

still sad about not winning the Schindler's List korean release Gift Set. Imagine.. only 90 were raffled for sale.. whoa!! that is truly something..

hi.. sir. no need to fill up all the details.. citizen ID is sedula ata.. (correct me if i am wrong peepz) after completing the transaction, reply via the order confirmation email and verify all the details by providing them the required infos (name, address and contact numbers).

they will email a correspondence in case they still need additional info.. then presto.. they charge your card.. !!!
