Topic: Samsung UHQ Products for 2017

Samsung initially introduced "UHQ" audio on their handhelds and their Level headphones/headsets two years ago. Now they're bringing it to lifestyle equipment.

I'm not holding my breath, but I do hope it's good. They did successfully improve Bluetooth sound quality in 2015 by releasing the UHQ-BT codec (moving it to the high res domain of 24/96). Qualcomm had to play catch up by offering AptX HD this year.

They did say that the existing Harman brands will continue to exist after their acquisition.
