Ok sila pareho sa sound quality. Mas maganda ang build quality at materials ng cambridge. Medyo mas maraming features ang NAD like power drive at soft clipping.

Also a Cambridge Audio user for sometime now and they give me a lot of music satisfaction. Try to audition and hear it yourself.

@ Keema

My cambridge 640A has a stereo preout which you can use for the subwoofer. I'm currently using a CA 640A V2 & 540C V2 combo.

yung sound quality ba niya malayo ang comparison, like... 340a to 540a to 640a? kasi side project ko naman sa xmas ang cambridge amp for my audio setup naman.

sorry, I have not compared them side by side. 340A is 40W, 540A is 50W and 640A is 75W. I think you could audition them at any 5th ave. for you to know. I bought mine sa parksquare makati. They are very accomodating for any audition.

i've read an article in "the absolute sound" sometime last year regarding their review on cambridge audio.when considering building a cambridge audio set-up, they recommend using a 540a over the 640a simply because they dont have much significant difference in terms of power and sound quality. but they do have very high regards for 640c as a good pair for the 540a. maybe they heard a significant improvement from 540c.

Bro, me also acquired first the amp before the cdp. Reviews will guide you on some details of the gear but don't just totally believe on it. The best is to hear it for yourself and know the difference and your ear preference.

Bro, don't get me wrong. Sometimes kasi what is good to me maybe not good to your ears. Since ikaw ang bibili eh try it para dika magsisisi. Kapag bumili ka basta basta at base lang sa review, you might regret in the end kung di mo pala gusto ang tunog.

That just me though.

Cheers

My amp is currently driving a 4 ohms Daiichi X3 FS at ease. Volume level is only at 9-10 o'clock and its already rock'in my 4X5 meters music area.
