Anyone watching this? It's fracking hilarious--a pivotal event in American history is narrated by an obviously very drunk person, and the alcohol's influence results in the events being depicted as vastly different from what happened in real life. Celebrities are miscast as real-life historical people in the reenactments, and they don't actually speak in their real voices but lip-synch their way through.
Currently on its fourth season, Drunk History started as a series of Funny or Die web shorts created by host Derek Waters and Jeremy Konner before being turned into a half-hour series on Comedy Central. The series has earned Emmy nominations for Outstanding Variety Sketch Series every year since 2015, and there's also a British version, now on its third season.
