master tony,

yes, silver wire (shielded) for the signal wiring with shrinkable tube on both ends and audience hook up wires for the heaters! ;D

diameter for RCA is 3/8". aside from rene, you can also get it from phasetron. raon also has good RCAs and binding posts.

andy, you're a winner! ;D

how about some vital stats. like output voltage with an input of say 1volt, what would be the output volts with volume at 9'oclock, 12'oclock, 3'oclock and at full volume!

nice to know voltage gain of your preamp.

hi master tony,

frank's design is a buffer linestage that has no gain, it's just an active buffer preceded by volume control! :) good thing with this preamp is with the current sources, you don't need the gain at all in which you're amp cannot be easily clipped due to overdrive condition on amp's input! ;D

okey, i noticed that you used the earlier version of franks pre-amp, the drawings sent to me by warren is quite different, that is why i designed a 350volt and 305volts supplies. ;D
