I think yes, that's still a series 5, so mid end level plasma TV.As long as it comes with 2 year warranty, why not.Be sure you get a good copy.
Sir this may help http://www.pinoydvd.com/index.php/topic,194815.0.htmlIMHO i like the picture of Toshiba against Philips plus it is 5" bigger and a direct-lit led, cons is limited connections. This will be my future upgrade if it's still around next year. Happy hunting!
LG 42LB5610Sony 40R472bSamsung 40H5003Ano po mas okay sa inyo? Thanks for future replys.
I'd go with the LG simply because it has a slightly bigger screen.
Thank you Sir but how about screen quality? Ive heard that PVA panels of Samsung/Sony have deeper blacks. I am torn with LG also for having larger screen but a bit worried if PVA's have better picture quality.
If concerned with deeper blacks, take a chance with the samsung Plasma (H5000) if you can find any at any store.32K will give you 50" of screen, deeper blacks, and better overall PQ.
Thank you for the inputs Sir Quitacet. But plasma is really not my thing. I had an audition with the Sony and LG but Sony gives me the better picture, ewan ko lang kung sinabotahe lang si LG kasi wala dun yung sales person nya. Hehe. Anyway, herr are the things that make me choose specific models of every brands, will only go for Sony because of having better picture qualitt and the screen mirroring, LG for extra 2" but not really sure if its IPS panel is better, Samsung for same picture quality with Sony but better design bukod sa mas recommended sya ng mga friends ko. Thanks again.
If plasma is not your thing why don't you get sony w904a ? Ive seen this model almost comparable to plasma ang black levels, if there is no samung f8500 plasma i'll buy this led tv.
I saw a Panasonic 50C20 or (50X20) plasma TV for only PhP 19,990 in Ansons Makati
Hello mga sir, ano po masasabi nyo sa Sony KDL-43W800C? Just saw one yesterday, i was amazed of its features and capabilities at around Php35k. Thanks.
I read in TipidPC, Sony KDL-43W800C price in some mall is P28,899 cash only. Bang-for-the-buck model. 120Hz panel, Smart, 3D, Android TV.
Wow, much lower. Any known malls selling that amount? Base on Sony Demo, it has a 960Hz Motion Flow, is that the same as clear motion flow or refresh rate? Thanks
SRP nya in Sony PH site is P36,699 so yung nakita mo na P35k is konting discount lang binigay. Motionflow XR 800 Hz (for Philippine Motionflow XR 960 Hz). This is motion interpolation. Iba-iba tawag ng bawat brand dito like for Samsung, it is Clear Motion Rate. For panel refresh rate, it's either 60Hz or 120Hz. The W800C has the 120Hz panel.http://www.sony.com.ph/product/kdl-43w800cYou can PM royalan in TipidPC for mall location:http://www.tipidpc.com/viewtopic.php?tid=88421&page=1002Review of 800C series:http://www.rtings.com/reviews/tv/lcd-led/sony/w800c
Guys help me decide:Buying a pre-owned (10-year old) Panasonic 50" (P50S10s series)Plasma Display Panel TV for less than 7k, a good decision?Due to budget constraints; I'm just maximizing what I can buy for that amount. Or a pre-owned branded 40" LED is a better choice? What about a brand new 40" generic LED TV for the same price?
