Thats how smart Lebron is. Within split seconds nakakagawa sya ng tamang desisyon. Unlike KD, Kobe and other scorers wala ng maisip na iba kundi itira ang bola. Kaya for me hindi braver ang tamang term sa kanila kundi no brainer. Lol.. by the way alam nyo nman die hard kobe fan ako pero buwaya sya for me pagdating aa crunch time.wala ng ibang maisip kundi itira ang bola

Imo ,most of the time,it is not about being smart or braver,some players just have different mindset or mentality,some players just have playmaker mentality like magic,lebron,etc while some have scoring mentality like mj and kobe.me factor din siguro yung idol nila while growing up.in their mind maybe they were thinking what will my idol do in this kind of situation,haha
So for me hindi takot si lebron tumira or hindi smart si kobe dahil imbes na ipasa eh tiinira pa din kahit double teamed.
It is just their dna or mindset.this is from a casual fan that used to bash lbj for being afraid to take those clutch shots

You would rather have a 17 time all star take the final shot off of a double team or a reserve guard who hasn't scored at all and never even hit a field goal all night but still double teamed with Butler switching and Iggy guarding?

Have you seen Tatum in a similar situation against the Pelicans today wherein he hit a shot leaving 0.2 seconds remaining?  That is what I'm talking about.  He was also double teamed on his drive.  I can live with a team's best player trying to score the final basket.

I guess you answered my question if KD would take that final shot that Lebron passed on.  You say he would.  As for being "braver"... I was specifically referring to mental toughness with the game on the line.  Some call it killer instinct.

But it's longer to type.  So it has nothing to do sa duwag.

Im a Laker fan since the days of Magic and Kareem.  Never been a fan of LBJ but I always root for the players who are blessed to wear the Purple and Gold so since he was acquired by LA I then had a new appreciation for what he brings to the game but for me kulang sa konting killer instinct si LBJ.  He is physically gifted to dominate anybody who guards him even in Year 18 but be it as it may, he is also gifted with another much rarer skill set and that is making his team mates better. One that a certain Magic Johnson possessed.

Killer instincts will net you shoe deals, full capacity crowds, scoring titles, MVP's, All Star Invites, Hero Ball worshipers etc.   Trusting and elevating your team mates to become better?.....that brings championships.

Irving? Harden?...oozing with killer instincts and hero ball....well we all know exactly their track record in HOU and BOS.   KD's championships?  He joined a champion team that historically owns the best regular season record in the history of the NBA so I couldn't say exactly how he made his team mates better.  Lets not even discuss his OKC and SEA days.  The guy is killer nonetheless.
