LeBron James just needs to score 89 points to break Kareem Abdul Jabbar’s scoring record.
Just a side note, Kareem entered NBA at the age of 22years old whilst Lebron was 18 years old (HS to NBA). Kareem had a 20yr NBA career and Lebron currently also on his 20th year as well (and counting). The big difference is Kareem reached that scoring feat with just 1 three pointer made in his career vs Lebron's 2,230.
The way I see it, I think Lebron can still play at this level 2 more years and can still play (bench) up to 5 more years (with Lebron Jr.).
