Maganda sana kung ganun eh kaso sa laki ng mga salary nila eh yung rewards wont matter much to them. Yung recognition naman eh built in na like the MVP, DPOY, MIP, All NBA 1st and 2nd Team, All NBA defensive 1st and 2nd team etc.

It's also a team decision and not just a players decision hence yung team ang liable sa fines.

^napaka absurd na ng salaries ng mga NBA players. majority puro mga hindi deserving sa totoo lang.

tapos, getting that lucrative contract makes most of them complacent at tamad. parang mga wala ng goal sa career nila.

An example of which is Brandon Ingram. He volunteered for that FIBA Team but he rarely produced.

Maybe his mind is somewhere else during the tournament. He makes 31M a year and is one of the Pels' go to guys. That guy is a three level offensive machine but he was inexplicably AWOL during the FIBA Games.

Looks like they are prepping for the post LBJ era in case he decides to retire after this upcoming season. The odds of Bronny in joining the NBA is very slim due to his medical condition. LBJ's motivation to stick around for a couple more years just might not be there anymore.

As of now with Chris Paul they are the oldest team in the NBA. But with the possible addition of Dwight Howard, they would be the olderest team ever.
