Joker is the present standard. A huge immovable mountain down low that can be the fulcrum of your entire offense and defense....plus he has three point capability as well.

I remember Chris Bosh.  Back then he had all the skills of today's modern NBA....the shooting, handles, face the basket moves, lateral quickness etc.  Pilit syang ginagawa na traditional center to go up against a Shaq, Mourning etc,  he was 15 years too early for today's modern NBA.

Bigla ko naalala si LaFrentz. Almost 3 blocks per game at over 38% sa threes on high volume nung sobrang bagal pa pace ng NBA. Run and gun pa na ang bilis tumakbo. Born in the wrong era. Laging naiinjure (or foul out) kasi mga bruising centers binabantayan. Ngayon style niya na archetype.

Bill Laimbeer was the first big man that had the green light to shoot from the three. He was very good in defense. A 3 and D player in every sense. Yun lang he played in the 80's.....well ahead of the other 3 and D specialists.
