If ma sounds ok and the output is the same using ecosse or xlo or vdo cable, pareho2x ba ang price nila? and kungkahit ano cable ok, gamit na lang ako ng thin wires for Monitor audio. Kc i've research lahat ng mga brand na cnabi mo is isa lang ang distributor. Parang your promoting their products.

this is just based on my experience, YMMV, but i'll be "brutally" frank about my findings (IMHO). Initially, out of the box, the MA's are harsh sounding aside from being upfront and sibilant. In order to tame such, i used ecosse 2.3 in order to add the "body" needed to overcome such waterloo. Now as your MA's are starting to break-in, you would notice that the bass would slowly become over powering and that the mids and highs are starting to roll-off. In other words, unting unting 'nauutal" yung speakers, until such time na when you'll play any jheena lodwick, corrine may or stacey kent track sinisipon or "ngongo" na sila.
That's the time you'll know that you have to switch to another brand. Lanceloth, it just so happend that the distributor here for ecosse and xlo are one and the same company, "plain old coincidence". Niether one of us here are trying to sell any cable, buti sana kung may "commissions" from them kaso wala eh. On the contrary, promoting in a sense that it is unconcious, why? we are trying to recommend here and to help new members who are out in the market on what's best based on our experience with different brand but "at the end of the day", it's still one's decision on what to purchase. :'(
Output of both cables, nahhhhhh................. very different but almost the same price level (ecosse 2.3 and xlo/pro 650.
IMHO, changing to xlo would yield to balanced output to all frequency levels(i.e. bass, mids and highs) to your MA plus a "laidback" characteristic (parang yung pabder mo yung tumutunog).
XLO VDO/er-14, will extended your bass frequencies plus tightens your mid bass output, mids will somehow bring-in airyness and bloom, highs are sparkling and tames the MA's metal dome tweeters, hindi masakit sa tenga and hindi bitin yung highs. For the PRO/650, the only difference i found from the er-14 is that it adds more body the mids. But again these results may vary by using different equipment.
Overall, am not saying that may pangit o magandang wires but each of them has its own advantage and disadvantage at a certain period of time and the equipment used with them.
Using thin wires, hmmmmm........
