Just finished watching Family Guy, Volume 2.  Tremendously enjoyable cartoon series of a dysfunctional family!

Next stop: OZ, Season 3, my favorite testosterone-laden soap opera.

Got both from Amazon and brought here by a friend.

Revenge of the Pink Panther (4th disc in The Pink Panther Film Collection box set) - this is somewhat dull as compared to the first three fims in this series that i have watched so far, but i still have some very good laughs, maganda pa rin sya

Hellboy...  it wasn't as fun as when i first saw it in the theater (or maybe it had to do with the fact that everyone in the theater was so pumped up to see the movie at that time), but still an enjoyable couple of hours...

Sam Raimi's feature film directorial debut.

Bruce Campbell's words said it all:

"....may not have award winning acting, or a complexand thought-provoking plot, but for you gore-hounds out there --- YEE HA --- you've struck gold!"

Road To Perdition (dts, r1) - well crafted film, great camera works, beautiful score & a moving father & son story, in other words kompletos rekados, at hanep din ang dts audio track....

Wings (1928 best picture) - this first awardee for best picture (oscar) is still considered by critics to have the most spectacular aerial battle sequences ever put on film, and if i may add it also has some great death-defying stunts to boot :o :o :o :o :o.....this asian DVD release has surprisingly a respectable video transfer and a very good audio track

definitely agree....  although my local video shop only has copies of the old release by alliance atlantis (the non-anamorphic, theatrical cut one) for rent and not the new 2-disc one...  is the director's cut better?  i'm thinking of getting this one from my own collection...
