sulit ba yung MUSA?

personally i found it dragging (bichunmoo was better for me), but then again, it's just me. as with most epics, cinematography was great, and well, you can't really go wrong with zhang ziyi :D

I just watched 2009 Lost Memories, not bad at all for a Korean Film... action packed and ambitious storyline :)

The Ring (Trilogy) 1,2 & 0 are released only in R2 format (by Tartan). Should someone offer you a RING DVD which NTSC?? well frankly speaking there are NO NTSC release in the market yet

As far as THE EYE is concern... the only legit DVD release is the region ALL HK DVD made by Panorama entertainment

Here is the link of my DVD review located on page 5 of this topic Page 5 EYE review

Watched this weekend

Volcano High-  Weird and we were just having a laugh trip coz the characters look like some actors like Herbert Bautista, Kris Aquino, Janno Gibbs....

The movie was dragging though except for the fight scenes....

Watch the movie and identify...hehe!

been moving around too much and haven't watched anything in a while, but the http://www.hkmdb.com/db/movies/view.mhtml?id=10113&display_set=eng infernal affairs dvd got released already.

haven't seen much discussion of it, but that movie definitely rocked. there were no hotties (sammi cheng and urk, kelly chan were put there for the sake of having eye candy), but i enjoyed it a lot more than hero, and if it's any indication, it got picked up already by warner and brad pitt - http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/nm/20030203/film_nm/affair_1

just hope they don't do too much damage.

infernal affairs official site here: http://www.infernalaffairs.com

i'm still waiting for my so close dvd. (they released the vcd already).

If yopu thought this was dragging (in terms of Storyline and the only thing that helped it was the fight... think again)

Check Out VERSUS ( But I dont recommend you buying it. but then again.. the fight scene there is SUPERRB!)

Hi dude!!

You're the guy who did the Jet Li homepage right? That was a great page. Jet is one of my favorite Asian martial arts actor and I regularly visit your homepage for update regarding his movies. Keep up the great job!! ;D

Btw, do you by any chance know where to get copies of his older films such as OUATIC I, II and III, Fist of Legend, Tai Chi Master and other? I've seen a shop here that offers the Jet Li collection containing 4 of his films (compiled by Dimension) but I don't really want to get those hack jobs. Any idea where I could find the orignal unedited ones? Thanks!!!

Hi himura,

yeah that's my site :) cool to know someone here who visits it regularly :)

anyway, for your questions, you meant DVDs of these movies right? For VCDs, you can always go to that Mei Ah store in Chinatown... they probably still have these in stock...but for DVDs, it'd be hard to look for those old films here... your best chance is the Dimension release, but of course, you'll have to live with the dubbing, editing, etc...

I went to HK last december, and I think I've seen Tai Chi Master, but no more Fist of Legend, I was actually looking for FOL as well, but couldn't find any... for the OUATIC series and Tai Chi Master, you can still get them online...

Ping Pong is a great movie, saw it on a Singapore airline flight. Ver y funny and entertaining.

Infernal Affairs is an excellent movie, it is well shot and the has high production values. Also it stars 2 of the biggest stars if not the biggest male stars in Asian cinema : Tony Leung and Andy Lau.
