Jojo, would this work for the amp side?

It is 10.5" long kasi 8" on its widest point and 2.5" tall, cutting in half should give 5" long each....

Other profiles I got...

This one has wood finsh...

this wood finish can be done by Golden Diamond Powder Coaters in Pasig, tel. 645-4624, unfortunately they will not accept jobs if the material have already been punched out or drilled full of holes...so punching and drilling can not be done by manual means i guess.......but machine laser cutting is possible, die presses...

Republic also does that, but as you stated they are just suited for door jamb applications. Can't have our chassis powder coated like that when there's already so many holes. Too bad. :(

A good tool plus the right technique can cure the rebaba problem in aluminum....

Or if you don't want the aluminum to show when cut, you can always make real wood covers the hide the sides that were cut....

Slow rpm plus a sharp drill bit works great for me.

That's the challenge, with so many holes there's so many things to hide brader hahaha...

I would suggest getting out of the box, why not reinvent a tube amp instead of the common square ones.... Maybe something like this with an aluminum faceplate...

matagal na ako meron niyan, magbuhat nun napanood ko sa Orange County Choppers...

yun pagka round ng butas madali lang control, basta di dapat gumagalaw yun material being drilled perfect circle lagi siya.

well at least that's my experience...

Brader, I just realized that our JML vacuum cleaner has a blower function too! You just need to reverse the nozzle...

Though I still like the dedicated blower/vacuum I posted above...
