I read somewhere that the room comprises 50% of the listening experience, a THX guy said this I think. So I decided to put some budget on the listening room rather than upgrade the gears. And I do believe it worked. My upgrade itch for audio has stopped (or slowed down significantly).

Too bad I cant say the same for my upgrade itch for video.

Bro whats coming home today,the PJ or the LCD? dami mo kasi project eh ha ha ha. May welcome home party ba?

The PJ is finally coming.

I will be using the Sabre wall mount for the bedroom. I do not think its safe to use the other tables (for now) cuz there is a very active kid around the house who just learned how to walk. He might knock over the TV.

But I will still use Sabre Crescendus A (2 sets) for the HT room though.

I woke up at 1am to find my wife sleeping with my son in his room, so I also went to sleep...with the Panny 900

, then saw ricky's text at 3am while playing some DVDs, haha!

I watched STEALTH last night with some of my wife's friends and at 720p and 100 inches viewing size, the PJ was just awesome, jaw dropping and it can project a great image even with some ambient light on. I have seen better of course, but I wont pay 1.3 million pesos for it (the PJ at the Nov. HiFi show).

The PJ experience was simply amazing, one that even my old 50 inch TV could not match. All the details are so visible & vivid, I could only think of how much of this experience I missed since I started the DVD hobby, so now I plan to rewatch those movies again on the PJ! I am so glad we chose this option over a plasma or whatever for the HT room.

I will be posting some pics soon, the wires of the AV components are still a horrible mess as of now.

Pero you dont need to buy yet, I suggest after the honeymoon na. baka di ka maka-concentrate sa honeymoon mo pag may AE900 ka sa HT mo... hahaha.

Anyway, just wanted to post some setups I did for my close friends and relatives:

I did this many months ago (April) . The owner had a tight budget but it was for 2 HTs. The other one is with her game room w/ a Samsung plasma TV. We used JBL SCS 260.6 system. I couldnt find the pic of the plasma setup.

Wala pang Sabre racks that time so my friend looked for other stands and I didnt like the one she chose..Thus the idea of selling better design AV racks at affordable prices

I installed this HT 2 months ago for my sister and asked her to wait for the Sabre plasma rack.

Maybe this idea would help those in skyscrapercity.com on renovating their condo units.

We discovered it gives better sound due to the acoutic properties of the divisoria rug...joke.

The floorstanders has spikes kasi, para di magasgas yung sahig. Yung owners na naglagay nyan.
