Cary Tube Amp

of all the tube amps i have heard today at the Hifi Show, it was the monoblocks of the Cary Audio that left a timber in me...paired with a pair of Proac Bookshelf speakers.  Lush sounding, wide and deep soundstage....and not to mention, the small speakers sounded really BIGGGGGG!

Tomorrow, i'll check out the manleys!

hey iceman!

ang bilis!  ang ganda naman kasi talagang tumunog nung 805s e...nag-match sa Proac Response 1SC.... ang cable acoustic zen, ang tube cd player cary... pano pa kaya tumunog yun kung NOS ang mga tubes.

heard this big cary v817r with the proac tablette at hyperaudio's place this afternoon... ang ganda talaga nung dalawang combination ...lush and powerful....still wondering up to now how that small devil can play that loud... if only i have the money to burn.... :-[

 :o ??? ::) I visited Hyper's room and was very impress with the sound of his set up and I notice that Sir Rene is using the new line of Cayin CD Player or I maybe mistaken :o

YES, that's the new Cayin CDP...

going back to the topic...the Cary Amps have that certain signature that will really allow you to enjoy the music...i myself am using a rivoed cary audio SLA-70a signature...full-bodies music, never fatiguing, has correct PRAT...the 6550-based power amp hypertioed recently sold as WS is a steal! :D
