I have experienced watching our demo disc project here and it was a really awesome experience! Ricky's setup is so detailed, it gave me sars. Pero when I learned how much it cost.... Wag na, di ko maabot

The first thing I thought when I went here was "With a setup this good, why not post it at the HT gallery?". Ewan ko ba bakit nahihiya pa si ricky dati.

Ricky,

Its a blast to have that kind of set-up. Very modest to normal cable viewing but all out on serious movie viewing! Great gears especially your ROTELs! Kailan kaya next EB? hehehe. Mat, sillyputty, ferdie, new age and jetok...something to look forward to!

Erwin, thank you and yup sarap talaga upuan,dati ko na pangarap magkaroon nito pero ngayon ko lang nakita yung model na 2 seater na both ROCKER and RECLINER.May table pa sa gitna patungan ng gulaman

And as for the cost naman,murang-mura lang ito bro,kayang kaya nyo,ang mahal e yung dvd collection considering na hindi pa ako collector ng LEs

Lazyboy seat hanep talaga, super comfortable,well worth the price lalo na na hindi ako ang magbabayad LOL miss ko yung love couch ko

Thanks Esi, yup all out sa movie viewing and gaming, kulang na lang eh dvd player na may upscaling thru component outputs para sing linaw na nung kay Matz.

Great HT Ricky! Dream set-up na ito. Very cozy ang effect, ganda pa ng lighting. Buti you have thick curtains para madilim talaga -- ideal for projectors, and it helps in improving the acoustics.

nice setup dude ... can you post the pic of your projector? ano siya wall mounted and pano yung connections mo dude sa projector? planning to purchase an LCD projector rin sana pero .. tatakot lang ako sa connections kung aabot and the screen size if it fits the room area.

Thanks Jomonds, yup the curtains at the sides are for sound acoustics, double layered (parang dvd 9 he he he) kasi grabe ang echo sa bahay being in a condo manipis and mukha hollow yung walls.At the back of the screen lang yung sliding glass window,although may blinds sya,pag hapon medyo may sinag pa din ng araw(parang ambient ligthing ng philips

) kaya i cover it with a Black-out cloth if i want to watch in the afternoon.Sayang kasi ifix yung black-out cloth kasi sa night time maganda yung view

Thanks bro,sorry hindi ko pala naisama yung projector sa photo

Its ceililing mounted and the wires were installed under a plastic wire moulding same with the track lights lang kaya exposed sya,its easier this way but not so nice looking compared to Matz hidden cables. kaya lang for this installation longer cable is needed, kasi you have to go around the walls pa.

As for the screen size,viewing distance should be twice the screen width para hindi masyado mastrain yung eyes mo from panning from side to side

having that TV is a lamp saver.....kung meron lang tayo HD broadcast dito, it might justify using the PJ. imagine watching a nba game, having a beer in hand.....with some friends....whew!!

I think it would take some time pa bago magka HD broadcast dito sa atin, $:-\$ . By the way i still have a 32'' hd ready 4:3 tv sa bedroom set-up for cable and p***ted dvd viewing
