Nice, haven't seen one in AV shops.  Maybe this can be made locally.  The pic seems to say it all - a base and a pair of telescopic legs.  Just a comment on the pic, if this is a big screen, the center speaker on top should be angled a bit downwards towards the viewer.

Got mine from ebay.. omnimount CCH1... less compare to $40 in retail stores..

sir av! yup i'll try to point the speaker a bit down if i find 1 of these mounts locally... hope there is... my tv stand is a bit crowded due to the big boxed center...

kt try to look at computer shops, i got mine from them.Its what they call a portable monitor stand to be used for placing the printer on top of your monitor,basically its the same as you've posted only diff is the purpose ha ha ha. cost me 1t other thing you can use is the anti slip mat being sold at ace hardware so you can place speaker on top without worries that it will slip.

Bro i got mine sa sm manila but that was the last piece back then. you can also try to place your center speaker on the wall just directly on top of your tv by using a wall shelve medyo sa likod lang yung speaker but can always be remedied by audio calibration para wala delay yung sound.

sir ricky... do you remember the store name? I also need this eh... been considering even a DIY mount using a piece of wood but couldn't find anything that could act as the "legs" of the platform...
