speaker crackling

hey guyz!! can u help me with my problem regarding my speaker. everytime we use our washing machine, i hear a crackling sound coming from the speaker when im playing my gear. maybe its an interference but how can i eliminate it aside from not using our washing machine. ???

Plug your amplifier/receiver in a separate AC line (preferably, direct/main line
much like how your aircon line is wired).   Also try moving your washing machine
further away from your audio system or your audio system further away from
your washing machine if they are relatively close to each other.

You need to upgrade your washing machine..hehehe...seriously try an AVR on the audio gear, if it fails try the AVR on the Washing Machine

sir try ka ng Automatic Voltage Regulator na may magandang filtering/supresion ng mga AC line noise... mas maganda kung may isolation transformer sa system mo...

hi,

it is a common misconception that when certein appliances adversely affected our audio gear, all sorts of fancy filtering should be employed on them.  what we actually need to do is to filter out the "offending" appliances , use emi filters on those appliances instead.

brandon's suggestions are ok.

sir 2ny, do you have any idea where these appliance emi filiters commonly available? electronic supplies po ba or hardware? im from davao kc.. tnks po ;D
