220V A/V Receiver from the U.S.?

Does anybody know if 220V or autovolt A/V receivers from the U.S. are available?  Any online stores you know who carry 220V in America?

I think most of them are rated 110v-120v as standard voltage. I haven't seen any 220v though.

120volt is the US standard, so in case you find one, most likely it's from china...
