Great looking HD setup!!! It must be a truly rewarding HT experience!

(hmm..now where do I put my old JBL subwoofer :-\ )

Suggestion: use it as subwoofer 2 UNDER your bed. If its powerful enough, it will function like a bed bass shaker.  ;D

Thanks jackncokehere & MAtZTER (also for the nice suggestion!!)  :D It's hard work kc I got lots of "heat & noise" from my wife eh. She's complaining "Is this supposed to be our bedroom??"  :P

The only problem is my bed has no "underneath" space eh :-[ so I can't put anything under it...what a shame! The bed is made of wood painted with white (pls refer to pic below) :(

Perhaps I can use it as a secondary subwoofer & place it in a corner for the time being :) Hmm... looks like now I have a valid reason to "upgrade" my bed..I'm sure my wife will be more than happy to agree this time  ::)

LOL, that was so funny! You can also put the 2nd sub beside your bed, between it & the computer table  ;).

Thanks Jo & Marvin  :)

Yep, my weekend was pretty busy same as you I believe. How was your setup Jo?  ;)

Like yours, busy ;D

Actually, everything will be dismantled (or shall I say be kept in box) this week. HT Renov (year-long  ;D) will resume anytime so the setup I had last weekend, was really a weekend setup, just to get the feel of having a big/widescreen in our HT.

Cheers!!!

Tnx AsiaStreak, mike c & Mr.H.  ;)

Don't worry Emer, my wife says it's a good idea to install a dim light in the room (for me it's not just a "light"...it's THD light!!), at least our room won't be completely dark while watching our favourite movies (otherwise it would be too glaring from the TV) :)

Tnx mykl. :) I see...if your room is in similar size as mine, then I'd suggest you get a a min 42" or even better go for the 50" display if budget is no objection!  :D

Yep it's fine as my HDTV is 720p & the viewing distance is setup appropriately. Happy hunting mykl. :)

WoW!!  :o  I wonder how loud your volume is when watching? A JBL konking out?! Whew.... ;D That's Paul right there pips.  ;)

Paul, I suggest you check out your room first for possible cracks due to extreme LFE, before you get a bass shaker.  :P
