Pero what if you own your faves on DVD? Edi parang doble lang copy mo. Yun kasi iniisip ko. Mahina na benta ng DVDs ngayon.

Double dip is a common syndrome here

If you have fave movies that you simply love...watching them all over again in 1080p will be a rewarding experience!

As mattia puts it: you can never go wrong with your all time faves... (assuming they have good PQ & SQ, hence worth upgrading to BD)

I think non 3d bluray players can play these 3d bluray movies, but you only get 2d images. I haven't tried playing it on my PS3. btw PS3 is getting 3d movie playback firmware update on Sept. 21 based on engadget.com
