Fortunately I now have a HMV store about 3 KM from my house and I am able to pick up HMV exclusive Steelbook in person. Just as well as it is going to be a bumper end to 2012 what with The Amazing Spider-Man, The Bourne Legacy, The Dark Knight Rises, E.T., Expendables 2 and Total Recall 2012 Blu-ray Steelbooks plus The Dark Knight Rises Broken Cowl Set.

yung white case parang UK blu ray case yung size sir phil. Thicker. yung fake na blue case gamit, same size as the US blu rays.

although yung posted photos dito, parang different from the packaging i've seen in person. pero ito pics pa lang nakita ko. slowly lumalaganap na talaga pirated blu ray.

This indeed is shocking... Will have a word with my guy to clarify this. Pic removed from my original post to avoid further discussion on the matter. By the the way... The extras do work.

Edit: clarified with my contact. Yup looks like these are bootlegs from original ones. That's about as much as ill say about that. Quite a disappointment to find out that these are just about as legitimately obtained as movies in most people's media players and tera sized hdds.

Di naman ako nanghihinayang sa ginastos ko sa kanya coz i really feel that i got what i paid for. (Of course i dont mean that in a good way) I honestly could not spot the difference in both video and audio quality & the extra features in the REAL originals that i own and these ones using a 40 inch full-HD and a 5.1 system.

I just feel bad, a bit stupid, and naive that i believed that they were just "cheap originals from hongkong" ika nga nila, if something is too good to be true...
