Pricey talaga dun sa HMV. Meron nga lang mga titles na hard to find na. Was there last October. BOught only R1s DVDs since the blurays and HD DVD were quite expensive for me.
Hello, ya its pricey at HMV hong kong..I bought Flashpoint bluray in hmv for 295 hkd. When I went to CD warehouse ( They have one in Times square or a better one on the top floor of langham place shopping center.) its only 235 hkd, I went to return the 295 and refunded it hehe.. Ok dian (like in america) not like here change item dapat..I saved 60 hkd right there but it tired me out walking back and forth, for that 60 hkd, money saved is money earned..
One thing tho in HK hmv or cd warehouse, some bluray and hddvds get advanced releases versus America's street dates. So if one can't wait or for the shipment, you can get it na there for premium tho..It indeed cost more there. I cant figure this out for most of items there in hong kong are cheaper compared to other places especially electronics...Also I was looking for the cancelled Jack Ryan collection but they dont have it hehe..But I found Brotherhood of the wolf hddvd, which I dont think they have it in Amazon usa..but might have (for import) it in uk or other amazons..
