Got me a new BEHRINGER XENYX 1002FX MIXER for my Sing-A-Long Sessions

... on a look-out for a "cheap" (integrated) amp

... Yes, am trying to setup a separate Videoke System. Para pag dumating ang pinaka-aasam-asam kong *ehem*, maganda ang celebration

Hey nice one, congrats. Im planning the same thing too (yung videoke ha hindi yung *ehem*). I got this yesterday also, Yamaha MG10/2.

Congrats too...

Was able to complete my Videoke setup -

- Amp : China-made ala Konzert Amplifier
- Speaker : China-made ala Konzert Speakers with 8"-woofer
- Mixer : Behringer Xenyx 1002FX
- Mic : Behringer (2 pcs)
- Player : Hyundai Platinum
- Others : Behringer Electric Guitar (galeng ng effects sa mixer pero kulang pa rin, wlang flanger, chorus/delay lang)

Di ko pa makuhanan ng pix, magulo pa hehehe.

Hi Bro Munskie,

Got the player from who else - SGT, three years ago. Back then, medyo mahal pa. Check mo kay Mr. Sonny, alam ko mas mababa na price ngayon. May new/update CD lumalabas every year, every December ako bumibili ng CD.

Except for the amp & speakers, kay Sonny ko lahat binili yan. And in the next few weeks, yung *ehem* naman

Posted a query in a another thread. Cousin told me that he can get it within 25k to 28k range though the link he gave me is at 25k++, it's a jap site and i used online currency conversion/calculator to get the Peso value.

'Twas a very busy weekend!!! Have taken some shots but have no time to upload them. Renovation will also continue in the next few days (isasara na po ang HT

) so i'd rather post pictures once renovation is completed.

Deliveries last weekend -

- APC (500 watts) UPS/AVR for the projector
- SABRE Projector Screen (84") - great, bang-for-buck!!!

It's so happened that my OptiCable is about 4-5meters long so I was able to extend my DVD Player to be able to connect it to the projector via component cable (1-meter only). Iba talaga experience kapag big/widescreen.

... HD-DVD? BD? waiting... waiting...

Not really (the Dark Force), no reply from my cousin yet

If ever, i might settle for PS3 20gb available locally. Regarding HD-DVD, I would like to wait how Tosh HD-A20 will affect A-2's pricing

and see if i can still push my luck and ask for wife's approval to get one

Am really waiting and hoping that my cousin will be able to get a PS3 for me (Jap 60gb, 25k - 28k).

Temporary setup/arrangement. PJ is on top of a center table which is in front of my seat.

Here's a good one - last Sunday night, wife blurted out something like - "if you feel you want to get a bigger screen, go ahead". That's after I said - Pwede pa pala mas malaking screen!'

Renovation works will start this weekend... another waiting game for me.

Another tip, try to get her movie titles that she loves,esp yung mga love stories

Wife ko hilig horrors which i dont like pero ayun buy ko pa din para mag sipsip

Actually, marami na kong padulas (asking involvement from her) bago yung "bigger screen" conversation. It seemed she was reading my mind and knew my intention when I asked her to sit with me on that moment, hehehe. Well, the bottomline is - it worked!!! Thanks a lot bro for the tips - technical & non-technical.

@chiemonyo : Totoo pre, iba talaga, now I can relate. Galeng nga nang HT mo, may ambilights pa. Congrats din.

Btw, 'di gumana yung prx1.com kaya eto, dial-up sa umaga, tanghali (office) at gabi (bahay) para lang maka-browse sa Pinoy
