bumili nalang sya ng bagong 46 na lcd/led na sony.. happy pa sya.. got it sa US

Gratz backmarker, all I can say is you can't go wrong with a sony!!!!

I visited the US website of Sony, and boy do they have a lot of new models coming out this spring and summer!!!! I hope some of these models reach the Philippine shores!!!!

if i'm not mistaken, the W-series is the same as the V-series (120Hz) except that its supposed to be Energy Star compliant (easier on the power bill)

so yeah, good buy.  dunno about the price though, i'm not familiar with Philippine prices

I guess your models over there are more advance than here in the Philippines.

Z-series = 240Hz 1080p

so pareho lang ba W series dito at diyan?
they could have just opted to release the W series and skipped on the V series

Sir choy we have the S, V, W, WE5, Z and X series.

The V series got no 120 Hz, but its got bravia engine 3
The W and Z series are the same, except we don't have the Bravia internet Widgets

VGA (Video Graphics Accelerator) does not carry audio content. Answer is no. Use a 3.5mm (from laptop) to stereo RCA (White and Red) audio jack for the audio ouput.

mga sir, KLV-40S550A owner po ako. tanong ko lang po kung natural na grainy/noisy talaga mga channels sa cable? nai-try ko na gamitin un AFT pero ganun pa rin e..

I have Sony 46V550 bought last April 2010. So far, ok naman siya. For me, nothing beats Sony!

I have set up and tested a Sony 46V550 sometime May 2010 for a friend. Didn't like the color quality of HD Movies on it. Adjusted colors for one movie. Then switch to another movie, the color is not good again and needed re-adjustment. Tried a Spiderman 2 movie (by Sony Pictures on BluRay) which should yield the best colors. Not so good on this Sony model. Kinda weird if you ask me. Don't know about other Sony models.

I have an LG 32LH70YR which had the best rendition of colors for this Spiderman movie. I wouldn't trade the Sony 46V550 for my LG 32LH70YR anytime.

Im using a sony 32 bx300 in my living room. The tv is great, even cable channels looks good. I replaced an older model panasonic 32lx700. Comparing the two. sony's features and picture is better. Problema ko lang yung channel assignments, its not user friendly.
