Topic: scrren scrolls down??

am using a pioneer dv 373s, problem is some dvds when playing scrolls down continiously.  yung mga iba naman hindi ganun.  is it my player, or my TV.  does this have anything to do with the PAL/NTSC??

can be the TV too, my dvd player is multi system.  but my tv is ntsc only, hence the rolling screen.

Could be the TV. I belive the 373s should be able to play PAL/NTSC dvds. What's your TV? What movie/region are you trying to play?

minsan base on my experience
nagkakaroon lagi ng problema sa bala na galing ng indnesia or yung tinatawag na bumbay dvd's
mga scroll talaga yan lalo na kung gamit mo ring tv ay multi system or yung us standard na tv. babalik yan salangan mo lang ng region 3 or region 1 na bala. kapag bumalik na. tapos sinalangan mo ulit ng bumbay dvd's mag scroll ulit yan. kapag nagscroll ulit balik mo lang r3 or r1

If your DVD Player has a TV system converter (like most models today), it should not matter whether your TV is NTSC only because the player converts it.

Maybe your TV is NTSC only
Your DVD does not have a system converter.

Your TV system is NTSC or switched to NTSC only. Check the TV if it has PAL compatibility. For the DVD player, most of the them can output PAL and NTSC. Just choose what your TV can accept. If you choose Auto then the player will output depending on the disc you are using. There are some players that will convert all PAL disc to NTSC output. Just choose the NTSC for the DVD player.

same issue with me using pioneer player(but different model). but only when playing p*** disc. ... pero pag legit...no problem at all.

that happens to my player din pag different formats ng ntsc/pal. i believe your player is set to AUTO. try playing around setting it to ntsc or pal.
